Guided Meditations
As part of an effort to make IFS and therapy more accessible to the public, I have created guided meditations, offered freely through the app, Insight Timer.

This is a love letter to our bodies. To acknowledge all our bodies do for us, to recognize our strength, as well as wisdom in slowing down. This is a meditation for anyone who has a complex relationship to their body. It is an invitation to begin to forge a new and deeply loving and reverent relationship to our bodies, and deepen our trust in our bodies.
This is a meditation for when you are feeling anxious. It invites you to ground into your breath and your five senses. It can be used as a resource anytime you notice your thoughts time travelling to the future, or a lot of discomfort in your body, to find a moment of calm, safety and peace in this moment.
Starts with a gentle relaxation, and then invites an internal family systems meditation to understand a protector part, along with support and guidance on how to connect with parts.
This meditation invites a reflection on systemic and societal beliefs ingrained in us and challenges them. It then invites us to soften into our inner wisdom, and collective sense of compassion to reconnect with our true selves.
